Welcome to AstroEye. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AstroEye website, applications, digital services, astrology content, astrologer consultations, reports and related features (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by NovaEdge System Pvt. Ltd. (“AstroEye”, “we”, “us” or “our”), as displayed on the AstroEye website.
By accessing or using AstroEye, creating an account, purchasing a service, communicating with an astrologer, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using AstroEye on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. AstroEye Services
AstroEye provides a technology platform through which users may access astrology-related information and connect with independent or platform-affiliated astrologers and experts. Services may include online chat or call consultations, Kundli and horoscope tools, Panchang information, compatibility tools, astrology reports, educational content and other features introduced from time to time.
Astrology content and consultations are intended for personal guidance, reflection and informational purposes. AstroEye does not guarantee that a prediction, interpretation, recommendation or consultation will produce a particular result.
3. Account Registration
Provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not create accounts using false identities or another person’s information without permission.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, harass an astrologer or user, manipulate ratings/reviews, use automated systems to abuse the Platform, or use AstroEye for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
5. Astrologer Consultations
Astrologers may be independent professionals or service providers. Profiles may include information supplied by the astrologer and/or verified by AstroEye. Verification is intended to support platform quality and does not constitute a guarantee of the accuracy of any prediction or advice.
Users should independently evaluate advice received through consultations and should not rely on astrology as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice.
6. Payments
Paid services must be purchased using payment methods made available through the Platform. Prices, applicable taxes and service details will be displayed before purchase where reasonably practicable. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by AstroEye’s Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on the type of service, whether a consultation has started or been completed, technical issues and other circumstances described in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The AstroEye name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, trademarks and original content are owned by or licensed to AstroEye and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit AstroEye content without written permission.
9. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, feedback, questions, images or other content, you grant AstroEye permission to host and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information that you do not want shared.
10. Disclaimer
Astrology is a belief-based and interpretive practice. AstroEye does not warrant that astrology predictions, reports or consultations are accurate, complete or suitable for every individual. We do not guarantee outcomes relating to relationships, marriage, employment, business, investments, health, education or other life decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroEye will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of astrology services or reliance on content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Suspension or Termination
AstroEye may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform or legal/compliance interests, including suspected fraud, abuse, security threats or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform. Your continued use after an update may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over AstroEye’s registered office, subject to applicable law.
